With over a decade of hands-on experience in travel, tourism and hopsitality sectors, Ammar Saad brings a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic vision to Boarding Pass Jordan.

Before founding the company in 2019, Ammar had already been managing travel operations since 2014, gaining a strong foundation in tailoring travel services to meet a wide range of client needs. His career also includes serving as Head of MICE Business at five-star hotels in Jordan, where he successfully led high-profile Meetings, Incentives, Confrences, and Events. This role provided him with a deep understanding of the complexities of corporate and group travel, which continues to influence the high standard of MICE services offered at Boarding Pass today.

Ammar is also the operator of Boho Bouqitue Hotel Amman, where he applies his expertise in guest experience, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, Boarding Pass Jordan has built strong partnerships across the industry and continues to grow as a leading Destination Management Company known for professionalism, flexibility, and authentic Jordanian hospitality.

Tamara Haddad

Incoming Manager

Since joining Boarding Pass Jordan in 2021, Tamara Haddad has played a vital role as the company’s Incoming Manager, overseeing the coordination and execution of travel programs for guests from all over the world. Her fluency in English and Italian allows her to communicate effortlessly with international clients and partners, ensuring smooth, personalized service at every step. Tamara brings a strong background in administrative management and organizational leadership.

Prior to her role at Boarding Pass, she was actively involved in managing a local NGO, where she gained extensive experience in handling complex logistics, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This experience, combined with her sharp problem-solving skills and attention to details, has made her highly effective in overseeing operations and ensuring client satisfaction. Her excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity have helped her build strong relationships with clients and supplies alike, contributing to the continued success and global reputation of Boarding Pass Jordan.

Aseel Aljaouni

Operations Manager

Aseel Aljaouni serves as the Operations Manager at Boarding Pass Travel & Tourism, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and client services. With an extensive background as an Inbound Manager, Aseel has developed deep expertise in organizing and managing tailor-made travel experiences for international guests.

A graduate of the Jordan Applied University College of Hospitality and Tourism Education, Aseel combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in tourism management. Her attention to details, calm leadership style, and client-focused mindset have earned her great trust from both the team and our partners worldwide.

Thanks to her operational efficiency and passion for travel, Aseel continues to be a driving force behind the high service standards Boarding Pass is known for.
